Candle Care Instructions
The OOO Collective candles are designed to transport your senses across the globe, reliving and rewriting memories as you go. However, before you mentally check out on that journey, remember a lit candle is an open flame and needs to be treated with caution and care.

At The OOO Collective we believe that a safely lit, well maintained and safely extinguished candle is the best candle. Before Lighting Your Candle Trim the wick to a ¼ inch. Make sure the candle is an appropriate distance from any flammable substances or surfaces. Take a minute to breathe deeply and intentionally take yourself to your candle destination, whether it’s Le Marais, Isla Holbox or Côte D’Azur the scents you’re about to experience will help you get there.

Whilst Burning Your Candle
Whilst burning your candle, think safety first. The Dos: Do keep your candle burning at a steady pace, if you see a lot of flickering or expanding flames then extinguish it safely and let it cool before trimming the wick and lighting again. Do use extra caution if you’re burning more than one candle at a time. Do enjoy the process of having a wonderful, bespoke candle scenting your home!

The Do Nots: Don’t leave a candle lit if you leave the house or fall asleep. Don’t let the candle burn all the way down. Don’t have the candle easily reachable for children or pets to play with or knock over. Don’t touch the candle flame or vessel if it’s lit. After Burning Your Candle Use a candle snuffer to safely extinguish your candle. Keep hands off the vessel until it cools completely. Try not to leave the room immediately after extinguishing the candle, to make sure it’s completely safe and out before you walk away.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. If your item goes out of stock, we will reach out with alternative or refund options. You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours once a label has been created. Domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on your order’s destination. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We may be limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed, however, if we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email.
