The OOO Collective is a proudly boutique, candle studio. We are an internationally inspired, woman-Led small business.

Our candles are:

Vegan and non-toxic
Renewable, phalate-free, clean burning, biodegradable and natural.
Skin-Safe: clinically tested and dermatologist reviewed
Contains a heat antioxidant to prevent discoloration + UV Stabilizer to protect dye colors
Made from apricot, soy, coconut and food-grade paraffin in the USA
Handmade and poured intentionally

What are your wicks made from?

Each wick in any OOO Collective candle is made from FSC Certified Wood. Our wicks are hand-crafted and made in the USA. They are eco-friendly and clean-burning. So you can enjoy your interlude worry-free.

What Are Your Payment Methods?

We are a direct to customer, digital brand. We take online payments with all the major credit cards and Afterpay.

What If I Make A Mistake On My Order?

Eeek. We get it - you’re so keen to purchase and flick that Out Of Office on you forgot to add something. Email us here and let us know what you’d like to change. Because of our fast dispatch times, there are no order alterations after 24 hours but touch base with us as soon as you can and we’ll try to get you what you want.

What Is The Typical Dispatch Time For My Order?
We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround time. Orders are packed and sent within 3 business days of your order being placed. You will receive email updates as your order gets sent.

What if my package is delayed in transit?

If you would like to file a claim with Route please contact them directly here .

Route protects your order against loss, theft, damage in transit and ensures an instant resolution. Highly recommended.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and taken in by the carrier.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. We do not offer refunds however you can return the unused product for an exchange. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.

Do You Offer Gift Wrapping and Gift Cards?

We currently offer gift cards starting at $50. We will be offering gift wrapping kits soon.

What If I Forget To Use My Discount Code?
Shoot. You were so quick to purchase you forgot to use any discount you had. Unfortunately we cannot use a discount post purchase, however email us at: support@theooocollective.com and we can do our best to honor that for your next purchase.
